The College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario is a regulatory body which operates under two pieces of provincial legislation: the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 and the Medical Radiation Technology Act, 1991.
Links through the government website to some of the legislation which affects the College and medical radiation technologists are provided in this section for your convenience. You should always refer to the published Act for the official version of the legislation.
The links to the legislation are separated into two sections: the Acts and the Regulations made under those Acts. The Bylaws of the College are provided under a third section.
