Reinstatement
If you are a past member of the College and will be returning to work in Ontario, you will need to complete the application for reinstatement form provided below.
You are eligible for reinstatement if you submitted a written resignation at the time you stopped working in Ontario, and you have practised the profession within the last five years (either in Ontario or in another province or country).
Contact the College to determine the amount of your registration fee as it will be pro-rated to your next birthday.
