Practice Assessment Workbook Part II
At the December 5, 2006 Council meeting of the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario, Council approved the implementation of the Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) system for the practice assessment component of the Quality Assurance Program.
The College is required by legislation to conduct a practice assessment of members of the College. The assessment conducted through a MSF system is a program designed to assess members' knowledge, skills and judgment. The MSF system is the approach that the CMRTO has chosen to fulfill the legislation requirement to assess how members are actually performing in practice.
The Quality Assurance Practice Assessment - Workbook Part II for Medical Radiation Technology describes the MSF system and includes frequently asked questions by medical radiation technologists (MRTs).
