What is my plan to reach my learning goal?
Identify the key steps you should follow and your due dates for each step in your plan. Also, estimate the amount of time it will take to complete your action plan and determine the due date for completion. Complete the fourth, fifth and sixth columns in the Continuous Learning Portfolio.
