Sexual Abuse Prevention
The CMRTO is committed to the prevention of sexual abuse of patients by medical radiation technologists. The College has adopted a philosophy of zero tolerance of sexual abuse of patients.
The CMRTO publication, The Guide of Sexual Abuse Prevention (PDF: 456k), is an instructor's guide for the prevention of sexual abuse. This program is provided to students in the approved educational programs in medical radiation technology in Ontario.
