CMRTO Standards of Practice:
The College has developed a number of publications which define the
standards of practice of the profession of medical radiation technology
and provide information and guidance on other professional practice
issues. These documents are available for downloading here. These
documents are also available from the College upon request.
CMRTO Publications:
The College's publication, What You Must Know About....., annual reports
and newsletter, Insights, are available for downloading here. These
documents are also available from the College, upon request.
Les Dossiers:
This section provides copies of those publications and forms of the
College that are available in French. These documents are also available
from the College, upon request.
Forms:
Electronic copies of the College's forms, including applications for
registration, QA and registration forms are available for printing here.
The annual Application for Renewal of Registration Form is not
available on-line as it is customized and mailed to members at least 30
days prior to the date of renewal. These forms are available from the
College, upon request.
Acts, Regulations and Bylaws:
Links through the government website to some of the legislation which
affects the College and medical radiation technologists are provided in
this section for your convenience. You should always refer to the
published Act for the official version of the legislation. The links to
the legislation are separated into two sections: the Acts and the
Regulations made under those Acts. The Bylaws of the College are
provided under a third section.

CMRTO Legislation Learning Package:
The Legislation Learning Package is a guide to key components of the
legislation that governs the practice of medical radiation technologists
(MRTs) in Ontario. This document is also available in hard-copy from
the CMRTO office for applicants who trained outside Canada and who are
completing the requirements for registration with the CMRTO.
